Each year BOB Project partners with Veterans Place and the Community to hold a festive Holiday Event. Students, Businesses, Community and Volunteers come together to purchase Christmas gifts and Celebrate the Holiday Season with food provided by an amazing group of Volunteers.

Star Tree Stars / PH Students
Children from Penn Hills School District made stars that will be placed on Star Trees to provide gifts for Veterans. These Trees will be placed at local businesses. Over 375 stars so far. More to come...
Penn Hills Tree Shade Commission
We are very proud of our BOB Project Board Member Tori and all the Representatives in the Tree Shade Commission for beginning such an necessary project in Penn Hills. It is important for children to understand all of the benefits of planting trees in our community. Great job all!

PH Elementary School Garden
Farah Chaudhry Hankey is the Project Manager. This project gives Elementary Students a chance to experience multiple types of gardening. Complete with pergola classroom with chalkboard.

Penn Hills Lawn and Garden hosted an event to showcase several 84 Lumber models of tiny homes. This is an example of the types of homes that will be introduced into a tiny house community for veterans. AE7 Architectural Firm responsible for designing the Keystone Tiny House Community.
BOB Share - Pheasant Drive
BOB Shares are part of a literacy program we are launching to bring books to children, these shares will also serve as seed shares in the Spring, hold school supplies for children, mile markers for walkers, and whatever resources each BOB Share member feels is needed in their area.

Penn Hills high School Garden
The Back to our Roots Garden - Jacqueline Bair and Ellen Hauser are Project Managers. Colleen Prokopik worked very hard to initially project manage this site. This garden is a vegetable garden where produce was used in cooking classes.
PHHS Garden Build
Over 80 volunteers attended this first garden build. Community members helped to build this garden one month from the initial meeting with help from Massaro corporation who funded this site. Thank you Massaro Corporation!
House and Garden Tour PH
Christine DeCarolis was the Project Manager for this event to market our community in a positive manner, highlighting our beautiful homes. $2,500.00 going to help Veterans at Veterans Place.

Sweet Charlotte is a comical depiction of Charlotte Rorison O'Mahony. She travels around the world to spread joy and community service.
